Mark Ray, Co-Founder

Mark Ray is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Athelward Global LLC.  He has over 26 years of Human Capital Management, with emphasis on specialized services and solutions in Recruiting and Operations to Domestic, International, Commercial, and Defense Industry customers worldwide.

Before Co-founding Athelward Global, LLC, he was founder/owner of Ray & Associates and founder/Managing Partner of IG Solutions, LLC, these being specialized recruiting solutions and services companies in which he held responsibility for operations and P&L.  He has also held senior leadership positions at Olive Group-North America LLC, DynCorp International LLC, Lockheed Martin Corporation as well as a 20 year distinguished Air Force career with numerous leadership positions in Air Force Recruiting Service spanning over 14 years.   

His international experience includes establishing operations or operating in 38 countries.

Mark holds a Masters of Business Administration from Regis University.  Additionally possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Colombia College and formal certifications in Management Strategies from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mark serves or has served on numerous boards to include; Tarrant County College Advisory Board, University of Texas-Arlington Advisory Board, Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Employee Relocation Council (ERC), Greenville Area Personnel Association (GAPA), Texas Business and Education Coalition (TBEC)
